We will use class as an opportunity to support our lymphatic system with gentle yoga and going over other movement our lymph loves, exploring ‘joy of breath’, discussing where our major lymphatic are and checking out an amazing visual poster of our lymph system and going over plant allies that our lymph loves that can be used for tea and or topicals to support lymphatic health. I will have topicals created (grown, collected, dried, infused and created into small batch tea and balm to support lymph function and tools available for use to explore touch with topicals (purchase for special $ but no pressure to buy!)
