Encouraging play, self-care and self-discovery, my tools are meant to bring you back your primal basic needs of wellness. Reminding you to slow down and intentionally act with care.

The Tools
Are your products safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding? Please consult your local herbalist or doctor.

What the heck are these things? The tools are intentional built through meditation and energy work. Some suggested uses include: self-massage, culinary collection and production, basically anything you need a spoon or spear for in life. Each piece is unique and hand crafted with a total work time of an hour or more each. I hope you enjoy my tools – have an amazing use for them? How long do your products last? 4-8 months, depending on the product. Please keep your botanical products away from direct sunlight and heat!

The Shipping
Where does The Healers Tool Maker Ship? I currently ship throughout the continental U.S. My dream is to be worldwide someday...

When will my order ship? Items will typically be shipped within 3-5 business days from when they are ordered. Shipping rates are based on weight. Please note that our products are handmade.

How do I track my package? For questions regarding orders that have already shipped, please reference your USPS tracking number. Once an order leaves my office, it enters the domain of USPS. If you have concerns about late or lost packages, patience is a virtue. Please email us at HealersToolMaker@gmail.com—we like to be kept in the know. Unfortunately, delivery issues must be taken up and resolved with USPS.

I think my order is lost? Orders are shipped to the address provided please be sure your address is accurate upon ordering. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be reshipped or refunded sorry for the inconvenience.

What should I do if my package is lost or stuck in transit? The issue must be filed with the USPS here.
What should I do if my package arrives with damaged product? Do not dispose of the packaging. Document all damage with photos or short video clips. Contact HealersToolMaker@gmail.com and file a report with the USPS here.

Due to the nature of my products, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted. For my botanical line please read the ingredients carefully. Know your body and allergies. If an allergy incident, discontinue use immediately.
